Update: Asset management consultancy Alpha raises £125m for IPO

Alpha Financial Markets Consulting, a specialist consultancy for asset and wealth managers, is to IPO next week with the share issue price giving the company a higher market capitalisation than initially expected of around £163m.

Following its announcement on 25 September 2017 that it intends to list on the AIM market, Alpha Financial Markets Consulting has today said it is proposing a conditional placing  of 22,017,652 new and 56,364,512 existing ordinary shares of 0.075p each at 160p per share.  With the help of institutional investors, the company has already conditionally raised gross proceeds of approximately £125.4m.
