The People's Trust names chair of shareholder committee; Coram's Sullivan among members

Names six members of new committee

Catherine Howarth, chief executive of ShareAction, is to become chair of the shareholders' committee of Daniel Godfrey's The People's Trust, as it reveals the names of the first six members.

The committee is being established to provide an effective and independent means of holding the board and chief executive to account, as well as an open channel of dialogue between the company and shareholders.
