City Hive launches Harassment in the City survey

City Hive, the women's network for the investment management industry, has launched its inaugural survey on financial firms' attitudes to tackling harassment in the workplace.

The group, which aims to unite, support and champion women at all levels of asset and investment management firms, has commissioned Herschel Advisory Limited (HAL) to conduct the anonymous Harassment in the City survey. Its survey is designed to shed light on behaviour and attitudes towards harassment in the sector, and the measures companies are taking to support staff who believe they have been harassed. The survey reflects City Hive's commitment to challenge conscious and unconscious gender bias in the industry, and to unite, support and champion women at all levels of their career...
