The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) is asking for feedback on whether its competition powers and the Threshold Conditions firms and individuals must meet for authorisation are clearly understood.
Today's 'approach' documents follow on from the regulator's Approach to Consumers paper, which was published in November. Andrew Bailey, FCA chief executive, said: "As part of our Mission, we committed to being more open and transparent about how we regulate and how we make decisions.
