Hermes Investment Management has reported a gender pay gap of 30%, admitting it needs to increase its senior female representation and that the gap is "simply not good enough".
In a report today, ahead of the 4 April reporting deadline, the firm said 63.4% of its workforce was male and 36.6% female with a pay gap of 30.2%. Looking at bonuses, some 91% of men were paid a bonus and 88% of women. The average difference between the male and female bonuses received was 63%.
