AXA Investment Managers is overhauling and renaming the AXA Framlington Global Opportunities fund as it appoints another co-manager on the portfolio.
Amanda O'Toole has been appointed co-manager to work alongside current manager and head of global equities at AXA IM Framlington Equities Mark Hargraves, who has run the portfolio since 2013. As part of the restructuring the UK OEIC will been renamed the AXA Framlington Global Thematics fund from 14 May to better reflect the way the fund is managed. The changes follow recent changes to Framlington Equities' internal research capabilities.
