Lazard launches UCITs version of global hedged convertible fund

Lazard Asset Management has launched a UCITs version of its Lazard Rathmore Strategy.

The Lazard Rathmore Alternative fund will be managed by Sean Reynolds alongside the existing Lazard Rathmore Strategy, a global hedged convertible strategy targeting absolute returns through two sub-strategies, which focus on capital structure, convertible arbitrage, special situations and event-driven investing.
