Cohen & Steers has expanded its fund range with the launch of a Diversified Real Assets SICAV, investing across infrastructure, real estate and commodities.
The firm described the fund as a "one-stop solution" for investors seeking exposure to a range of real assets. It will be managed by Vince Childers, who already manages $1.2bn for the firm, with the support of the wider investment team. The fund's investment universe will include global real securities, global listed infrastructure, natural resource equities, commodities, gold-related instruments and short-duration fixed income.
