Martin Currie has appointed Zehrid Osmani to co-manage its Global Portfolio trust alongside long-standing manager Tom Walker, as part of a "well-considered succession plan".
Walker (pictured) has been managing the £225m trust independently since 2000, but he will now be joined by Osmani, who joined the firm in May from BlackRock to lead its Global Long-Term Unconstrained (GLTU) team.
