Livingbridge appoints third portfolio manager for UK equities team

Specialist asset manager Livingbridge has hired Graeme Bencke from PineBridge Investments to work as a portfolio manager on its equity funds.

Bencke was formerly a portfolio manager at PineBridge Investments, which he joined in 2005, where he ran various equity strategies including the $301m Global Focus Equity fund.  He also spent eight years at F&C Asset Management where he ran the firm's European small-cap equity fund.  At Livingbridge, he will work alongside Ken Wotton and Brendan Gulston, co-managers of the LF Livingbridge UK Micro Cap fund and the LF Livingbridge UK Multi Cap Income fund, which was launched last year.  Are micro-caps offering the best opportunities in the UK stockmarket?
