Quilter names new CFO as Tookey steps down

Quilter has announced corporate finance director Mark Satchel will take on the role of chief financial officer in March 2019 following Tim Tookey's decision to step down as CFO next year.

Tookey will step down from the board on 13 March 2019 to pursue a non-executive career and a "better work-life balance", and will leave the business at the end of April 2019 following a handover to Satchel. The move follows the separation of Quilter from parent company Old Mutual and its subsequent listing as a standalone company in June 2018. Satchel will assume the role of chief financial officer and join the board on 13 March 2019, subject to regulatory approval.
