Invesco hires Chancellor Hammond's former adviser as government relations head

Invesco has appointed Graham Hook to the newly created role of head of UK government relations & public policy, the second appointment following the creation of the group's government relations team in EMEA.

Based in London, Hook will join the EMEA and US-based government relation teams in working with Invesco's corporate communications team to develop a programme focused on building on the business' approach to stakeholder engagement across relevant jurisdictions. Hook's appointment follows the announcement last month of Elizabeth Gillam assuming the Brussels-based role of head of EU government relations & public policy.
