City Hive, the network championing diversity within the asset management industry, has urged firms to unearth male role models within their businesses in an attempt to reverse the 'Stale, Male and Pale' reputation of the sector.
On International Men's Day, City Hive has called upon asset managers to look beyond "token" senior white diversity male champions and "mobilise the silent majority" to ensure sustainable change occurs in the industry's efforts to improve diversity.
