Platform provider AJ Bell has revealed the price range for its planned floatation - implying a market capitalisation of between £626m and £675m - ahead of the publication of its IPO prospectus expected today.
The company announced its intention to proceed with an initial public offering (IPO) last week, when it also confirmed its earlier intention that qualifying AJ Bell customers in the UK would be able apply for shares via the AJ Bell online investment platform.
