Managing director of Whitechuch Securities Gavin Haynes has left the firm after more than 20 years.

Haynes (pictured), who was responsible for the day-to-day management of Whitechurch Discretionary Fund Management Services, had been managing the multi-asset investment portfolios for the firm since 1997. His departure from the firm on 31 December was confirmed in a statement by Whitechurch chairman Kean Seager, who said he would continue to chair the firm's investment committee and would make an announcement about the future manager of its investment team "in due course".
