Kames poaches ASI manager for property team

Kames Capital has appointed Tom Richardson as investment manager to the firm's indirect property team.

London-based, Richardson will be responsible for supporting the management of Kames Capital's discretionary and advisory indirect property portfolios, reporting to Mark Bunney. With around 15 years' real estate industry experience, Richardson joins Kames from Aberdeen Standard Investments, where he was a senior investment manager in the real estate multi-manager team. Prior to that, he worked at Russell Investments and Cushman & Wakefield Investors, after having started his career at Carter Jones LLP as a commercial surveyor.
