Christine Johnson, former head of fixed income at Old Mutual, has joined the board of the £117m Invesco Perpetual Enhanced Income trust, in her first role in the closed-ended sector.
Johnson joins the board as a non-executive director as well as chair of the management engagement committee, effective immediately. She is also currently a non-executive director of CCLA, the asset management company that focuses on church, charity and local authority clients.
