Schroders has hired Stephanie Chang in the newly-created role of ESG integration specialist, to help better embed sustainability across the group's investment teams.
In her new role as ESG integration manager, Chang will focus on boosting Schroders' environmental, social and governence capabilities within its investment teams to better meet the needs of its clients. She will report to Andrew Howard, head of sustainable research. Chang joins from PwC, where she spent five years as an assistant director for sustainability and climate change, looking at the impacts of climate change for financial services and helping clients to develop risk management frameworks to respond to the low carbon transition.
