Investment consultant and model portfolio provider Albemarle Street Partners has merged with Atlantic House Fund Management, the investment management arm of Catley Lakeman Securities.
Albemarle, which is now part-owned by Atlantic House, said the merger would allow it to benefit from greater investment research and portfolio management expertise. The two firms will continue to operate under their separate brands. Established in 2012, Albemarle provides advice and investment management consultancy to financial advisers. For its part, Atlantic House is a specialist in defined return investments and manages more than £900m.
