Nordea Asset Management has boosted its sustainable investment range with the launch of its Nordea 1 - Global Gender Diversity fund.
Managed by Julie Bech and Audhild Asheim Aabø, the fund aims to capitalise on research which shows higher equity market returns are being achieved by companies with a key focus on gender diversity. The fund has access to a universe of approximately 1,700 companies displaying fair gender diversity representation, where women hold at least a third of senior management roles.
