Garrett Fish is set to be replaced as manager of the J.P. Morgan American Investment Trust under proposals from the board which will see the company adopt a "higher conviction" approach to the large cap portion of the portfolio as part of a new "equity focus" strategy.
The board's proposals, which will face shareholder scrutiny at a 2 May AGM, will see Jonathan Simon and Tim Parton become co-lead managers on the new equity focus strategy.
