AXA IM has named Laurent Clavel as its head of research, a promotion from his role as head of macroeconomic research.
Based in Paris, he will report to Gilles Moëc, who will become the chief economist for the AXA Group on 3 June. In a new role for the organisation, Clavel will lead the research team of credit analysts and macroeconomists, whose aim it is to provide fundamental research to drive investment insights and thought leadership.
