US asset manager Requiem Partners has launched an ETF that will track the "total meltdown" of UK society as the country prepares to leave the European Union.

The Requiem EUR Brexit Breakdown UCITS ETF, which will have a total expense ratio (TER) of 0.12%, tracks sales of products expected to benefit from ongoing "socio-economic and political hysteria" such as canned goods, petrol, walking boots and toilet paper. The ETF will list on the London Stock Exchange and is also available in a dollar-denominated equivalent for a TPR of 0.11%. A note from the Editor: As you may have guessed, this is our attempt at an April Fools' Day joke, but perhaps not too much of a stretch of the imagination?!
