Former director of European wholesale at Kames Capital Steve Kenny has joined Square Mile Investment Consulting and Research as commercial director.

With overall responsibility for distribution, Kenny will work with Square Mile's directors and executive management committee to devise and implement the strategy for the next stage of the business's development. Kames COO Cooper exits after six years Kenny left Kames in October 2018 after 16 years amid a Brexit-related reshuffle, which saw the firm sales team split in two with one covering the UK and the other global financial institutions and international sales.
