AllianceBernstein (AB) has launched its first ever OEIC fund and is planning further UK-based product launches "soon" in response to investor demand.
The ES AllianceBernstein Europe (ex UK) Equity OEIC follows a similar strategy, which has been operating since January 2004, and is under the management of AB's CIO of European value equities Tawhid Ali and portfolio manager Andrew Birse. It employs an unconstrained approach with a portfolio of 40 to 60 holdings, with an active, bottom-up stock selection approach and an ESG overlay.
