Charles Stanley investment head departs

Charles Stanley announced on Wednesday head of investment management Gary Teper will be leaving at the end of May as part of a wide-ranging restructuring of its organisation.

Investment Week revealed the move had been rumoured since the group announced it would transform both its operating model and management structure earlier in May. In a statement to the market, Charles Stanley confirmed the move was part of these plans. This includes the decision to standardise processes and introduce a new, simplified organisational structure aimed at supporting its goal of achieving a net margin of 15%. Teper resigned from his role as group broad director on 21 May and will leave the company, which he joined in 1998, on 31 May. Charles Stanley to expand sales team...
