A couple of tales again about how rubbish the banks are that should warm the cockles of an adviser's heart.
I had a call recently from an adviser who asked if I knew of anyone who was having trouble getting hold of statements of interest for buy-to-let properties. Strangely I had. One adviser emailed me recently saying he had been trying to get one for himself as he filled in his tax return. That always sounds like a good idea to me. Do it yourself, and save a ‘fortune’ with the accountants. Only joking to all those wonderful accountants out there. You provide a wonderful service to society!
