I tried to find an accountant to work this out for me, but they are all figuring out how to help the ‘bankers’ with their million quid bonuses. I have got to admit it I did not even know there was a duty of 22% on bingo, so the fact it is down to 20% was a revelation to me. My only experience of bingo was watching a game on holiday last year and seeing two middle-aged blokes almost coming to blows over who had won the £40 prize.
