The three main political parties have now all revealed their slogans to attract the electorate in the forthcoming elections and it will not be long before the official date is called - 6th May still looks favourite - and they publish their manifestos.
The Liberal Democrats unveiled their slogan “Change that works for you” at their conference last weekend with a logo the Independent pointed out resembled Somerfield supermarket. There is surely an irony if a political party finds itself compared to a middle-market supermarket, which might mean the Conservatives could be seen as Waitrose and the Labour party Co-op.
