I have always been curious why no-one offers an end of the world investment product.
Not because I have survivalist tendencies, although my wife complains my purchase of one gold sovereign coin every month is money that could be better spent on a new extension – she maintains I watch too many zombie films and “what is the use of a bunch of coins when it has all gone Pete Tong?” My protestations about the possibility of monetary collapse and “you never know what might happen” do not wash.
