Octopus Investment Management has become the latest fund management group to voice its concern over the IMA's plans to overhaul the Managed sectors. Chief investment officer and head of multi-manager Lothar Mentel explains why the IMA has missed a valuable opportunity.

News the Investment Management Association (IMA) is to rebrand three of its most popular investment sectors has been greeted with cynicism and incredulity by many in the industry.
