Psigma's chief investment officer Tom Becket outlines his five core investment themes for the next five years, with uncorrelated yield and emerging market growth featuring on his list of priorities.

Within our portfolios there are five themes that make up the backbone of our investment strategy. These are inflation protection, equity recovery, emerging market growth, quality defence and the hunt for yield. All of the investments we have made in the last couple of years fall within these wide categories, although the emphasis upon each theme varies depending on prevailing valuation opportunities and our interpretation of the economic cycle.
