Britain's executives are more confident in the stability of the UK's financial system than any time since 2008, according to a Bank of England survey published last week.
More than 90% of those questioned said they are fairly confident in the financial system as a whole over the next three years. At the same time, fears another financial shock is round the corner have also plunged. More than two-thirds now consider the probability of such an event low or very low over the next year, compared to just half in the same period last year.
