After a runaway 2013, Japanese equities have had a more muted time of it this year, showing there is still a healthy degree of scepticism over the impact of Abenomics. Tony Dunne of Murdoch Asset Management is forthright in this week's Investment Week, saying Japanese companies are “still fundamentally broken”, and that the market rally was driven by stimulus measures and not by improving fundamentals.
