For some strange reason I cannot seem to escape talking about bubbles.

Over the past few weeks, I have wondered aloud that bonds, US equities, commercial real estate, and Chinese equities are far from being preposterously overpriced with outsized capital inflows, or in bubble territory. This leaves us with the UK housing market. Let us be honest – residential property is the elephant in the room when it comes to sensible long-term savings.
