Vanguard has today launched a Global Aggregate Bond UCITS ETF on the London Stock Exchange (LSE) and Deutsche Börse for investors looking to secure lower cost and diversified global exposure to bonds following the increasing popularity in fixed income ETFs in Europe.
The new fund provides access to over 23,500 investment grade bonds issued by corporates, governments and agencies across both emerging and developed markets and joins the 25 other UCITS ETFs Vanguard offers that are listed on the LSE. Vanguard cuts fees on UK active range Vanguard said the new ETF is currently hedged to minimise risks associated with ongoing movements in currency exchange rates.
