Royal London Asset Management (RLAM) has added analysts Carlota Garcia-Manas and Beth Goldsmith to its responsible investment team.
Garcia-Manas has been appointed as senior responsible investment analyst, leading RLAM's company engagement strategy and working with the wider Royal London group to develop its approach to climate risk. She previously ran corporate engagements focused on climate change, international corporate tax and board diversity for the Church of England National Investing Bodies for three years.
