Majedie Asset Management has hired Cindy Rose from Aberdeen Standard Investments (ASI) as head of responsible capitalism.
In her new role she will lead and continue to develop the group's commitment to responsible capitalism, a commitment Majedie made within its ESG policy at its 2012 Client Conference, where it set out its overarching company policy "to make money for clients - responsibly". At ASI, Rose was head of ESG, clients and products. She was also previously co-head of ESG and stewardship at Aberdeen Asset Management, prior to the merger with Standard Life.
