Kames' former financial institutions head joins specialist investment manager

Kames Capital's former head of global financial institutions has been appointed by ATLAS Infrastructure to the newly created role of head of distribution.

Sam Carter, had been at Kames since January 2013, previously as a member of the wholesale distribution team before being appointed head of global financial institutions in 2016 and subsequently handed responsibility for international sales in October 2018. Prior to Kames, Carter worked at Matrix Asset Management as a business development manager and at Fidelity International. In his new role, Carter will report to ATLAS Infrastructure's executive chairman Charles Kirwan-Taylor. He will be based in the firm's London office and will have direct responsibility for the firm's distribution...
