Head of funds distribution at Brooks Macdonald Kevin Addison has left the firm after nearly five years join Downing as head of public equity distribution.
In his new role Addison, who was responsible for adviser, discretionary wealth manager and charity-based clients at Brooks Macdonald, will be charged with shaping Downing's sales strategy for intermediary and institutional space. Addison joined Brooks Macdonald's funds arm as head of sales in 2014 from SEI Investments where he spent two years leading UK and European distribution.
