Former head of EM equities at Janus Henderson Glen Finegan is partnering with BennBridge for the launch of a new investment boutique.
Based out of $8bn AUM multi-boutique BennBridge's Edinburgh office, Skerryvore Asset Management will aim to generate long-term returns by investing in high-quality EM equities. Finegan left Janus Henderson earlier this year after four years with the firm, having joined in February 2015 from First State Stewart. In 2016, he was responsible for a "major repositioning" of the then £197m AUM Janus Henderson emerging markets fund and increased the number of holdings from 54 to 63.
