Deutsche Bank Wealth Management hires global head of wealth

Deutsche Bank Wealth Management (DBWM) has appointed ex-Vontobel strategist Gregor Hirt as global head of wealth discretionary.

Hirt, who had served as head of multi-asset solutions and chief strategist at Vontobel since April 2017, joins DBWM with immediate effect and will report to global CIO and head of wealth discretionary Christian Nolting. Hirt will be based in Frankfurt and will oversee DBWM's wealth discretionary portfolio management activities globally. He will also be responsible for growing the firm's asset base in wealth discretionary, said Nolting.
