Kames Capital has appointed Alex Beck as business development manager for the UK wholesale distribution team.
Based in London, Beck will manage accounts in the south east of England, covering wealth managers, financial advisers, fund of funds, family offices, fund platforms and banks. Aegon to scrap Kames brand as it creates £303bn global giant Beck, who will report to head of sales Mark Savage, joins from Oxford Capital where he was a senior manager responsible for promoting the firm's Enterprise Investment Scheme to IFAs, DFMs and family offices.
