Amundi's thematic equities business CPR Asset Management has launched a global equity fund, which is "dedicated to tackling social inequalities" through a portfolio of "socially aware companies".
CPR Invest - Social Impact, which the firm said was the "first" of its kind, aims to deliver "potentially higher financial returns" by investing in companies best able to prosper as a result of policies that "attract capital, human talent, consumers and regulatory approval" with limited regulatory, political or reputational risk.
