Man GLG has launched a long/short US equity income fund with a large-cap bias co-managed by former RWC Partners management team Mike Corcell and Alex Robarts.
The GLG US Absolute Alpha Strategy UCITS fund, which will typically manage a portfolio of 60 to 70 stocks, has an investment philosophy based on three key concepts; investment cycles, changing themes and secular trends. Corcell and Robarts joined Man GLG from RWC Partners in September last year, having managed a US long/short equity fund together for ten years.
