M&G names Eva Sun-Wai manager of Global Government Bond fund

M&G has appointed Eva Sun-Wai as fund manager of the £213m M&G Global Government Bond fund, with immediate effect.

Sun-Wai's new responsibilities will also include deputising on M&G's £2.34bn Global Macro Bond strategy, managed by Jim Leaviss, CIO public fixed income. Sun-Wai joined M&G's fixed income team in 2019 as junior macro fund manager. Prior to this role, she was part of M&G's Investment Graduate Scheme in 2018, rotating across several business areas including emerging market debt, corporate credit research, real estate and long-term investment strategy.
