Update: BlackRock, Jupiter and Lazard among investors as Allfunds sets €11.50 listing price

Allfunds shares have been set at an offer price of €11.50 (£10) for when the B2B platform lists on Amsterdam's Euronext exchange on today (23 April), with an implied market capitalisation of more than €7.2bn (£6.3bn).

Fund groups BlackRock, Jupiter Asset Management, Mawer Investment Management, Janus Henderson Investors and Lazard Asset Management have been labelled "cornerstone investors" in the listing, subscribing for an aggregate amount of €850m. This consists of €250m from BlackRock, €200m from Jupiter, €160m from Mawer, €120m from Lazard and €120m from Janus Henderson Investors.
