Over 10% of the FTSE4Good All World Index, or 208 companies, are at risk of expulsion from the list after the implementation of new climate performance standards.
These were introduced on 8 June 2021 in a semi-annual index review. This included the introduction of minimum climate scores for index inclusion being set. Constituents have until June 2022 to meet these standards or risk deletion from the index. Of the 208 companies at risk, 105 are from higher-emission sectors.
