Investors looking for regular, reliable dividend payouts should look towards Asia and China in particular, according to the Baillie Gifford Responsible Global Equity Income fund manager Toby Ross. The £247m fund, which launched in late 2018 and is also managed by James Dow, targets growth compounders that can pay dividends as they grow and counts Taiwanese semiconductor company TSM, Anta Sports Products and Microsoft among its top ten holdings.
