Value Partners promotes Kam to deputy fixed income CIO

Value Partners has promoted Edwin Kam to deputy CIO for fixed income investments in the firm’s Hong Kong office.

Kam, who has served as a portfolio manager at Value Partners since joining in 2014, began his new role this month, having worked alongside fixed income CIO Gordon Ip for several years.
